Brain & Body
No account, email or CAPTCHA. Chats, notes and settings stay in this browser. Hosted AI receives only what you approve. Existing private account data is not accessible.
Schematic head and brain with electrodes at approximate international 10-20 positions. It is not an MRI-based model. The cortex colours are an estimate spread from the scalp electrodes, not located brain activity, and the arcs join electrodes with similar band levels, which is not measured connectivity.
Choose a chemical pathway to see its routes through the brain, then a damage scenario to see what it interrupts and how the EEG typically changes. For the full map of genes, chemicals and EEG patterns, open Chemistry & DNA.
Illustrative textbook patterns on a schematic brain. Nothing here comes from a person, and an EEG alone cannot diagnose a condition.
Body: how the brain and spinal cord reach the organs
Live body readings
healthy baseline| Heart rate | 72 beats/min, regular |
| Breathing | 14 breaths/min |
| Blood oxygen (illustrative) | 98% |
| Diaphragm drive (phrenic nerve) | 100% |
| Swallowing | 100% of normal |
| Gut movement | 100% of normal |
| Adrenal output | 100% of normal |
| Kidney blood flow | 100% of normal |
| Bladder control | 100% |
| Muscle strength (left / right) | 100% / 100% |
| Muscle tone | 1.0 x normal |
| Motor pathways through the cord | 100% of normal |
| Sympathetic outflow (T1-L2) | 100% of normal |
| Vagus nerve tone | 100% of normal |
Illustrative textbook values for the pattern shown, not measurements from anyone. They move with the animation (the seizure cycle repeats every 18 seconds).
Signals through the spinal cord and nerves
Each bar is how much of the normal signal gets through. Below 100% the pathway is drawn greyer and sparser in 3D; above it, brighter and faster. A red marker shows where the damage sits.
- Left brain to right body (motor, corticospinal)100%
- Right brain to left body (motor, corticospinal)100%
- Left body to brain (touch and position, dorsal column)100%
- Right body to brain (touch and position, dorsal column)100%
- Sympathetic outflow (hypothalamus to T1-L2)100%
- Vagus nerves (rest and digest)100%
- Phrenic nerves to the diaphragm (C3-C5)100%
- Visual pathway to the left occipital lobe (right visual field)100%
- Visual pathway to the right occipital lobe (left visual field)100%
Choose a chemical pathway or a damage overlay above and the organs it reaches light up here and on the body. Click any organ, in the list above or in the 3D view, to see how the brain reaches it, the spinal levels that supply it, and the genes that act there.
Anatomical positions follow standard teaching references (vertebral levels, rib spaces, cord segments); shapes are drawn procedurally and the brain is enlarged next to the body. Patterns are textbook-level and illustrative. They show where a brain change can reach and how that typically looks, not what will happen to any person. Not medical advice.
Live signals from BrainFlow / OpenBCI
not connectedA small program on your computer reads the headset through BrainFlow and streams summary values to this page over a local connection. Nothing is uploaded or stored. Heart rate (ECG) and muscle activity (EMG) replace the model's numbers while connected; EEG drives the brain colours.
EEG indices are rough estimates for context. They are not measures of mood, thoughts or health, and an EEG alone cannot diagnose anything. Use a headset on yourself or with the wearer's informed consent.
Pictures, clips and open files
Pictures and clips are made in your browser; nothing is uploaded. Orbit the camera or pick a view before recording. Former account-only AI illustrations are disabled; the optional Hugging Face image panel is separate.

Meet your twin: a walking avatar with its own mind
The avatar chooses by itself how to move (sit, stand, stroll, walk, pace, jog, run, stretch, look around) from its mood. Its mood comes from hormone levels, the time of day and EEG and heart signals: its own simulated twin by default, or yours if you connect the bridge and choose "mirror". Ask it questions instead of clicking on organs. It is a model, not a conscious being, and nothing it says is medical advice.
Drag to turn the view, scroll to zoom. The camera follows the avatar. The built-in bodies are stylised figures made in code.
Hello. Ask me anything about my body or my mind: how I feel, why I am moving this way, my organs, my EEG or my hormones.
Paint it with Qwen-Image-2.1-Turbo
Turns what the live data says right now into a picture: the brain state the EEG transformer read (or a simple alpha rule), the strongest rhythm, engagement, your hormone context, and your heart and muscle activity. Everything is reduced to fixed words in this page before anything is sent, and the request goes straight to the Space, not through RabbitOS.
Art only: it does not read thoughts or feelings, hormone levels are never estimated from EEG, and the picture is not a medical result. Qwen-Image-2.1-Turbo is licensed for non-commercial use.
My data portrait
Your own data from this computer (wearable exports, medical records you supply, this PC's activity, the RabbitOS research data), compared with your usual and drawn as one petal per body system. Blue particles are data coming in, amber are data going out. Nothing is uploaded; only fixed words go to the image model, and only when you press the button.
Connect to see your values. Directions are below.
Directions: how to give it your data
- In PowerShell:
cd C:\Users\odaat\Projects\research-agents - Try it with a made-up person:
.\.venv-eeg\Scripts\python.exe -m selfdata demo, then serve it with... -m selfdata serve --demo. - Your own files: export from Apple Health, Fitbit, Oura, Garmin or Google Fit, and your lab results as CSV or FHIR JSON (name the file starting with
lab). Drop them in%LOCALAPPDATA%\RabbitOS\selfdata\inboxand run... -m selfdata inbox. - This PC's activity (counters only):
... -m selfdata collectand leave it running. Research data:... -m selfdata research BRCA1 serotonin. - Start the live hub:
... -m selfdata serve, then press Connect above. - Medical values are encrypted on your disk and never leave it. This is descriptive and compared with your own usual; it is not medical advice.
Wormhole: find the moments in your own history that match now
It compares your present state (live EEG band shares, hormone levels you note, how you feel, the time of day, words you give it) with moments you logged, and shows the closest with how sure it is. It cannot read a memory or a scene out of a brain: it only says “this looks like that moment you recorded”, and the confidence says how much it had to go on. Your log stays on this computer; only approved words are ever sent to an image model.

Guidance words (up to 8)
Closest logged moments
No moments yet. Log some in a CSV and run python -m selfdata import-moments FILE (or python -m selfdata demo for a synthetic set), then python -m selfdata serve.
Reconstruction: no reconstruction (0%). no logged moment could be compared with this state.
Weights now: affect 35%, time 10%, day 15%, tags 25%, hormones 15%
